Advising is an important part of a student's graduate program. Faculty members help students plan their sequence of courses and meet all degree requirements. If a professional paper or thesis is required, a faculty member with expertise in the student's topic area will oversee the project. Students are responsible for making an appointment with an appropriate program adviser before registration.
